About the role

Responsibilities
Prepare consistent Indian meal dishes and daily mise en place.
Follow food-safety, hygiene and portion-control standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team during service and keep the work area organised.
Requirements
Practical experience preparing Indian meals in a professional kitchen.
Able to follow recipes, hygiene procedures and service timings.
Reliable, organised and comfortable working as part of a busy kitchen team.
Residence, permit and NOC requirements
Applicants must hold valid UAE residence status. Before work starts, the employer will confirm and obtain the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation work permit required for the role. Residence sponsorship alone is not permission to work.
