Residence and permission to work
A residence visa, independent sponsorship or an employer NOC does not by itself prove legal permission to perform a particular job. Employers and candidates must confirm the applicable permit, registration, sponsorship transfer, NOC and employment rules in the country where the work is performed before work starts.
Accurate information
Users must provide truthful account, work-authorisation, company, vacancy and application information. Employers remain responsible for lawful hiring, employment terms, permits and country-specific compliance.
No candidate fees
Employers, recruiters and intermediaries must never request an application, interview, placement, recruitment, job-offer, permit, visa-processing, equipment, mandatory-training, security-deposit or “refundable” payment from a candidate in connection with a vacancy.
Free platform access
OwnVisaJobs currently charges no fee to job seekers for accounts, alerts or applications and no fee to employers for accounts or standard job postings. If optional paid employer services are introduced later, their price and terms will be shown before purchase; candidate applications will remain free.
Employer and listing review
OwnVisaJobs reviews submitted details and vacancy content, but a badge is not government verification and does not guarantee an employer, offer or hiring outcome. Material company-identity changes trigger re-review and can pause published jobs.
Externally sourced vacancies
Employer career-page listings remain attributed to their source. OwnVisaJobs does not imply partnership, recruitment authority or independent confirmation of sponsorship or permit terms. Applications are completed on the linked employer website.
Moderation
OwnVisaJobs may review, pause, reject, close or remove accounts and vacancies that are misleading, unsafe, unlawful, expired or contrary to these terms while preserving relevant audit history.
Service limits
OwnVisaJobs provides listing, discovery and application tools. It does not provide individual immigration or legal advice and does not promise employment, candidate suitability, work-authorisation approval or uninterrupted availability.
